  The property was nice and central to the city centre and the beach too. The place was very clean and tidy we had a lovely big room which was lovely quiet as well. The breakfast was quality real lovely food and the owner very friendly and kind. We will definitely be back.

  A great hotel with a greayt location, the only issue we had was not enough plug sockets in the room and very poor lighting, and we had to wedge the window open with a bottle so we could get fresh air in the night.

  The location was fine, the bedroom was clean and comfortable .

  The attitude of the staff was very poor, they came across as very irritated and at times quite rude towards visitors. I felt most unwelcome. We were told to book for dinner early as they were to be very busy and we were unable to book our preferred time. The dining room was mostly empty however throughout our dinner. There was no milk available in the room and the TV was very poor quality.

  Overpriced for many reasons. The sheets they give you don't even fit the beds properly so part of the mattress had to be left exposed all night. You have to pay extra for a towel which is absolutely ridiculous. There isn't even a towel for you to dry your hands in the bathroom. You'd be much better off paying slightly more for a much nicer room. The most basic and lowest standard of accommodation I've ever seen at this price point. In fact the only good thins about it were the helpful receptionist and the location. Otherwise A&O hostels are a rip off and you could do a lot better for the same price or a little bit extra.

  The shower head in the bathroom sprayed in every direction other than on your body. Had to give it a little clean to remove the limescale on the sprays but that did the trick.
