Positive section of review
Whole ryokan is just a magical and amazing place. You can feel the spirit of Japan while staying here. Both, private bath and public one are well maintained with all accesories you may need to take a relaxing bath. The star of the show for all of us was the dinner which might have been the best one we had so far. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful during whole stay. Thank you for that once again <3

It was our second time staying with Hotel Bali Tower Osaka Tennoji. We like it because: 1. Location (Tennoji is quite easy to commute to other popular places, and airport access) 2.The Japanese room style ( bathroom and toilet separated). The bed is also very comfortable 3. A lot of complimentary goodies

I was hoping it was a bigger room, which last time there was a sofa in the room, so it was relatively bigger compared to this room. And i couldn't tell when booking, as it wasn't stated on the website. But still it is enough for two of us with small luggages.

6 of us travelled from Australia with 3 bikes, and owners were incredibly helpful in helping us have them delivered from the airport to the neighbor next door to 'Ariki house' while we travelled around Tokyo. The house was clean.

It appears the owners have 3 of these Bouldering places (Aziki, Azuki and 1 other), and they run the reviews of them all under one umbrella, as if it's one property...this is not a 4.7/5 property! The photograph of Ariki, is from the side of the building, deceitfully indicating it is on ground level....there are over 60 steps to the front door!! Horrible with suitcases! The supermarket mentioned close by is actually 3 drink vending machines! This is a dormitory hostel accommodation more suitable to school groups, not holiday makers. Very isolated and hilly.... car needed to get everywhere.

Location was wonderful. Easy access to the station. Plenty of restaurants within the area. Huge supermarket and many convenience stores 5 min walk. We loved our stay. Great for a larger group, plenty of room!

The hotel is small, which we had an understanding of when we booked but even the lobby is tiny. Barely any room to line up for check in. Of which you have to do through a self service machine but had employees intrupering you every 2 seconds. We have 2 employees telling us to do different thing and then they'd get mad when would do what the other said. Made a 5 minute process that 15, annoyingly stressful when it didn't have to be. And was harrassed by a cleaning lady who couldn't understand we didn't want the room made up on the day before check out because we were all in bed sick, had to sit at the door talking to her for 10 minutes telling we didn't need a cleaning service for the day, even after she had been previously that morning and was told the same thing. Eventually just closed the door because I couldn't get through to her with my limited Japanese and her limited English 🤷♀️
