Location, cleanliness, food was very good. All of the employees were smiling people. I felt like at home, but above all, all of the hotel staff are really caring, kind and helpful people. A wonderful and stylish hotel , the most recent renovation was done with utmost taste and elegance , a truly lovely hotel with great rooms, in the stylish Lebanese fashion, a good mixture of European and Middle Eastern style , very friendly staff, may be some times not very well trained (restaurant) but on the whole I would say definitely the best and nicest hotel of Beirut.
