First there was a bit of a hiccup as I requested an early check in but the room was not available. Then we were told that we could not stay there for the whole two weeks that was booked due to the place closing. I have to say the manager Denise went out of her way to rectify all that was happening to make us as comfortable as possible. Even found us accommodation at another hotel to complete our stay. The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfortable especially after traveling for 26hrs that was all we looked for and it exceeded our expectations. I want to thank Denise and the staff for their exceptional services.

I was greeted by the lovely lady Silva on the desk & she helped me get checked in & settled in the room. I was by myself & she really assured me & made me feel so comfortable. Such a amazing lady.

it was so easy to meet people, the location was great as it was right next to a lot of food places and a metro station, also there is free gym access. The staff were exceptional and made me feel very welcomed especially Rebecca whose service went above and beyond, all in all it was a great experience and I have made some great friends, will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Sydney
