The rooms where excellent, very comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities you'd expect from this class of hotel. The staff at the desks where very helpful and very polite. The cleaners did an excellent job and the little touches such as a chocolate on your turned down bed didn't go un noticed.

I really like to view from the 10th floor toward the darling harbour. The tennis facility is very nice. Breakfasts are very tasty. The hotel staff is very friendly. The tram station is next to the hotel's entrance which makes it very comfortable to commute.
