However, while the location and hospitality are top-notch, the rooms could use some improvement, especially in terms of furniture. A refresh in that area would make the stay even more enjoyable and in line with the high standard set by the rest of the property. It was really very convenient to check in quickly: the owner gave the door code and WiFi in advance. The location is great , next to some attractions and local market. The room was clean and spacious. It was absolutely safe for female to stay alone there. But the most valuable about this place is people: the owner and a lady who works there , they helped me a lot and when I was sick they really helped me. Thank them so much

The location and staff are charming and the best aspect about it. The hotel interior and gardens are also very tasteful and cozy, it felt really good going back there after a long day around the area. But really the staff were amazing.

The overall experience was excellent, the hotel is perfectly located near the port area and very close to all attractions in the city, 5 minutes from old souks and Tripoli Castle, the staff were amiable and willing to go the extra miles to help. Breakfast was very good, rooms are clean and parking is available for hotel guest. Definitely we will come again.

I arrived early than check in time and was able to leave my bags there to enjoy my day without worries. The room was huge, like a house and I could feel myself at home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like an angel. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The farm, animals and plantation was a plus.
