The quality of the entire operation. The staff (everyone of them) were genuinely dedicated to being available for whatever we needed. Amazing property 2min from legoland. Love the pool and hot tub. The staff were Uber friendly and I love the free shuttle from the hotel legoland. Saved us the $50 in parking fees!
