Breakfast was amazing! Best we have ever seen at a hotel. Outdoor pool was open which we were not expecting. Indoor pool warm, hot tub was nice. Great location. Quiet hotel. Kids enjoyed the cookies at night.

Offering an outdoor pool and views of the pool, Shutters on the Banks is situated in Kill Devil Hills, 7 km from Nags Head. Everything was very comfortable. Beach so easy to get too and close. The breakfast was delicious.

The Hatteras Island Inn is just 1 mile from the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Free WiFi is available in all guest rooms. The room is quite large and spacious with a nice large HD TV. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave. The property was very quiet and I was able to get rest when needed between working. The staff is friendly, especially Robin, she’s the best!

The John Yancey Oceanfront Inn is located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in Kill Devil Hills. This hotel serves a daily continental breakfast and has an outdoor pool on site. The view was stunning. Blanca, the cleaning lady did an incredible job with the cleaning. Everything felt very new and comfortable.

Situated in Ocracoke, The Ocracoke Harbor Inn offers barbecue facilities. This 5-star hotel offers a shared lounge, a business centre and free WiFi. Very clean and well maintained, and has a spectacular view of silver lake.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this brand-new Holiday Inn Express is a 5 minute walk from to the beach and steps from some of the most popular restaurants on the Outer Banks. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The entire facility (although new) was very clean and convenient. The pool was great, lots of clean towels. Breakfast was great. Location was great, short walk to beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. We stay for 1 night every year in Kitty Hawk before meeting up with other families in Corolla or Ocracoke, and as long as prices stay consistent we'll definitely be choosing this hotel again in the future.
