Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and restaurant. good location, walking distance to heavenly village. strong wifi. provided free lip balm for us. love the design of the room, modern and bright. quiet area. although there is no free breakfast provided, there is a pantry to use which provide plates, utensil, microwave, and they also give free chocolate through out the day! best is they have smore night (free marshmallow) daily from 7pm to 9pm. my kids love it! great service from the staff too!

The staffs was very friendly and gave us really good recommendations where should we visit and the hotel room with a view was terrific. Nothing to complain at all. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there !!

To whom it concerns: we came to the Big Pines late at night tired and travel worn from a long day.. We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. Wow- we loved this place! Amazing, friendly staff who were so warm and welcoming to us and our dog. The room decor was a cute and tasteful nod to retro with modern amenities. Very clean bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. There were lots of fun activities at the property with a great onsite restaurant. 100% would stay here again, we look forward to our next stay!
