Nice motel with comfy bed, clean room, big bathroom, fridge. Tea and coffee available in the morning. Central location. I got some really great tips from reception on places to go hiking and felt very safe there.

The room was nice and clean, recently remodeled. I loved how easy it was to get into the room. I got the room # and the door code before the check in time. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice experience, I definitely will go back to this place!

We loved our convenient stay here! Would definitely stay again. And our fur baby was so happy that they allowed dogs. So so clean too idk why there are reviews there are bugs because the room was exceptional in our experience.

This pet-friendly motel in South Lake Tahoe, California is steps from the shopping, dining and entertainment of Heavenly Village.

To whom it concerns: we came to the Big Pines late at night tired and travel worn from a long day.. We were greeted by Iftee and his wife. Can't say enough about how professional both he and his wife were and how quickly we were accommodated to our room! Our stay at your motel was very pleasant and we can't say enough for Iftee and his wife who were kind enough to bring extra towels, and answer all are questions. Thank you, we will be back. David and Carla McAdams

Located along Highway 50, this Lake Tahoe hotel is a 2-minute walk from Tahoe Arts and Mountain Culture. It features free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I am very grateful to their maintenance department for the assistance we received in removing a snow chain from one of my tires that had gotten jammed and wasn't comming off.
