So this hotel does not have a pool or a hot tub or a spectacular garden. What it does have is friendly staff, fantastic rooms, great breakfast,, complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres, and lots of small touches that put it in a class of its own.

It's a gem. I truly love that area the Carmel. River, There was one of the biggest gathering places for native Tribes. You're in the most perfect place. Because you can go to the beach, you can go to The Valley. You could easily go down the coast. You easily make it into Monterey. And it's really a beautiful place to stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Carmel and the surrounding area are fantastic. The entire stay was wonderful. The owner is very friendly. I would love to come back. I recommend experiencing the 17-mile drive by bike.

Great deal! The room was great bed comfy and location was really good. Staff were really friendly and they had a coffee machine were you could get complimentary coffees.
