Cozy Urban Apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped in a strategic location of Pristina. This beautiful 90 sqm modern apartment on the ground floor is located 1.7 km from city center, with 12m2 private balcony, quiet and relaxing place, a luxurious cozy fireplace, very bright and well-organized living room with a comfortable sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with round dining table with 4 comfy chairs. The apartment is furnished with high quality items. Additional info: - For each reservation, the fireplace has a quantity of wood inside it, which is included in the price. For additional supply with woods, the price is 20 euro per box. The size of the box is: width 40cm x heigh 90 cm. - Late check-out charge - We tend to offer flexible check-out for our gest. Unconfirmed late check-out will be charged extra 10 euro for the period 11:00 - 12:00; 20 euro for the period 11:00 - 13:00; 40 euro for the period 11:00 - 14:00.
