Please note that all Vietnamese guests need to provide a valid ID at check-in.
Foreign guests require a passport with a valid visa, entry/exit stamp, or a permanent/temporary resident card.
For Vietnamese guests, a citizen identification card, the VNeID application, or a Level 2 birth certificate with a personal identification code for children, issued by a competent authority, is required.
A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Breakfast is available for an extra charge of VND 400,000 per person per day if not included in the rates.

A reservation is required at least 24 hours prior to the date of usage.
