If the room rate includes dinner, spa, or Sun World Bana ticket; dinner, spa, or Sun World Bana ticket will be provided to the confirmed number of adults on the reservation. Dinner/spa/ Sun World Bana ticket is not inclusive for children. The dinner will be served as set menu. Please note that kids from 6 to 11 years old need to applied extra breakfast upon check in. If the rate includes breakfast, breakfast will be provided for the number of adults on the reservation and for up to 2-4 children under 6 years old (depending on room size) only when sharing existing bedding. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
