Hello! My name is Utkir, I was born and raised in Tashkent. This is my favorite city and I want more travelers to discover it. Uzbek people are very friendly, have good cuisine and there are a lot of places to see. Welcome! The registration fee is included in the price. I'll always be near to help, in case you will have difficulties.

Property information

Quiet, well lit studio 45m2 (registration is included in the price). It is cool in the summer, as it is located on the second floor under the crowns of trees. It is warm in winter, there are to central heating, There are warm floors are in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area. Thick curtains protect from light and allow you to enjoy a long sleep. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, plus a capsule coffee machine and a toaster. You will also have a local smartphone with related apps, local phone number, and unlimited wifi package.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the city center in the area of "TS-7". It is behind to the Tsum Department Store and near the Alisher Navoi Opera and Ballet Theater, built by Japanese captured soldiers after World War II. This is one of the safest areas of the city. Nearby there are theaters and museums, shopping centers, boutiques, shops, spas, restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, the Blue Domes Park, Broadway promenade, where City Hall holds entertainment events. Everything is within walking distance. Tell the taxi driver Tsum to the Legion alcohol store and he will quickly take you to the apartment.
