We have water front properties and paddle board rentals to enjoy coastal exploration and beautiful sunrises! I like to give my guests space and privacy, but rest assured, if you have any questions or needs they will be met during your stay. We will occasionally be on site during your stay and will be available 24/7 by phone. We also live close by if you need anything. TRAVEL INSURANCE We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen weather delays or other disruptions. We are close to the downtown nightlife, restaurants and local brewery, grocery, beaches, bike and hiking trails. All told, an absolutely ideal space for families, groups of friends, and solo travelers looking for a retreat! This is a fully equipped and furnished apartment with ocean views private entrance & plenty of parking. The Shoreline boasts a fully stocked family sized kitchen with retro appliances, a full living room with ample seating, and generous Queen and Twin rooms with cozy mattresses. 📍🧭 Location! Location! Location! 🧭📍 Beach access is steps away, at Mill Bay Beach. Located directly across from Mill Bay Beach, our 2-bedroom apartment boasts stunning ocean views and beach access. Watch the northern lights and surfers right from your windows! Outside your door is the bike/walking trail which leads to Ft Abercrombie, which offers the most beautiful and accessible walking trails and beaches Kodiak offers. This apartment has all new flooring and furnishings. Laundry Access: Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on-site for guest use. Please note: we do not supply laundry detergent or quarters.

Neighbourhood information

This is a beautiful, small, residential neighborhood directly across the street from Mill Bay Beach. A popular local kodiak beach where you can sunbath, swim, kayak & paddle board. Outside your door is the bike & walking path that leads you a 1/4 mile to the fascinating Ft. Abercrombie, full of sunbeam lit mossy hiking trails, blueberry & salmonberry bushes & rugged cliffs with hidden WWII bunkers, also, another local favorite State Park beach with easy access. The Shoreline is close to the downtown nightlife, 2.5 miles, and Safeway is about 1 mile. There's plenty of parking on site. We always recommend our guests rent a car to be fully flexible and independent TURO is a good rental option for cars.
