Property information

New England is a vacation paradise where freedom and happiness go hand-in-hand. The Inn in its own intimate village and its Innkeeper’s passion, knowledge and expertise, provide every guest the opportunity to enjoy a breadth of variety, and flawless service to create individual experiences. Our building is 228 years old and one of the oldest homes in Warner and one of the original lodging houses when summer tourists and skiers first came to town. The Inn retains many of it's original features and character. All rooms have individual heat and A/C for personal comfort. We have a sitting room with television, music, games and books for guest use as we keep our Inn quiet without TVs or phones. Warner is home to four museums, five restaurants, small intimate shops and galleries, year-round hiking, kayaking, fishing, and only 20 minutes to Concord and Mts. Sunapee and Pat's Peak for winter skiing. We are centrally located in NH and a short drive to the mountains, Boston, Maine, Vermont and anywhere else your New England venture will take you. We do have dogs and cats on premises. Kindly notify us if you have allergies and our Inn pets will stay in their own space!

Neighbourhood information

The charming and historic village of Warner is ideally located in the center of New Hampshire. The Inn is walking distance to the village, laden with quaint shops, museums and restaurants. We are five minutes from year-round hiking, and 20 minutes from idyllic skiing at Mt. Sunapee, Pat's Peak and Ragged Mountain. Canoeing and kayaking are a short drive and Concord, our state capitol is a brisk 20 minute drive! Sunapee State Park and beach are 20 minutes and Elmbrook State Park is 10 minutes away and offers pleasant walking trails, swimming and nature viewing. Our long-term guests looking to explore all of New England will find Vermont 45 minutes to the west, Maine - one hour to the east, Massachusetts - one to one and a half hours south. We are 1.5 hours from Boston, 2.0 hours from Portland, ME and 1.5 hours from Montpelier. There's something to do year round in this special place in the world.
