We use Clorox disinfecting bleach to clean the entire condo , including sofas, dining tables, chairs, floors, and wash all the bedding , of course！including cushions or cushion covers , Bath Mat etc, between guests! 1174 sqft Shorewalk full condo In this downstairs unit, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which a parental continuation with dressing room. The kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwaves, refrigerator, toaster, blender ...) with the dishes for 5 people. The kitchen goes on on a corner to have breakfast, and the living room opens on a patio in front of a lake. The accommodation has the air-conditioning and furthermore, each bedroom as well as the main room . A WiFi access is provided. There are free parking in the front door of the condo

This unit is just about 2 minutes walk distance to the clubhouse where you can play ping pong or pool and enjoy the 2 heated pools, 2 heated spas, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard and playground. ( there is no charge for guests) It is 9 miles from Sarasota Airport to this condo About 1.6 miles away from IMG Academy and 6.8 miles to the Bradenton Beach , 10 miles to Anna Maria Island and 11 miles to Longboat Key. There are 2 golf courses within 2 miles. About 5 minutes walk distance to Applebee’s restaurant , Publix Super Market , Aldi supermarkets, about 7 minutes walk distance to cinema, about 15 minutes walk distance to IMG and Walmart.....
