Guests will receive free access to the Soaky Mountain Waterpark from 10 August 2020 through 7 September 2020 in lieu of the property's on-site waterpark, which is closed for the remainder of the season.

A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
