Situated along the Coconut Coast in Kapa'a at the Beautiful Pono Kai Resort with a less than a minute walk to the beach from your home away from home! This unit also includes a built-in washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your use, a rare convenience to be sure. A full kitchen stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses of all types, and spices. All resort amenities are readily available for your use including a pool, hot tub, (Note: The pool & Hot Tub will be temporarily closed for remodeling between October and November 2025), sauna, tennis and pickle ball, shuffleboard, several bbq's, a putting green, croquet, and an herb garden for you to use to give that perfect Hawaiian bbq the right touch. A concierge is available for you to help book the many island adventures awaiting you or use the provided beach accessories from the condo for those beautiful days enjoying the beach, or you can simply borrow a book from the cabinet below the big screen T.V. and relax on a hammock, and in the evening, a walk along the beach or meet new friends at the fire ring. All WITHOUT any added resort or parking fees. The 12 acres of meticulously manicured grounds allow you to actually feel that Hawaiian vibe, a sense of Ohana (Family), and Aloha.

Kapa'a is centrally located on the East side of the island. A short 20 minute drive from Lihue Airport, and provides you the opportunity to explore South toward Koloa and Poipu or North to Princeville and Hanalei. Downtown Kapa'a is a short walk away with shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants, but don't pass up a visit to the many food trucks for eats that have a wonderful local flavor and touch. Rent a local beach cruiser bike and explore the Ke Ala Hele Makalae (The Path that Goes by The Coast), walk and bike path that stretches for miles along the coast, offering spectacular views of the ocean, lush landscapes and perhaps a glimpse of local wildlife!
