Brand New Duplex. With Penthouse views!! This top floor rental has two bedrooms. One has a King bed & one has a Queen bed. Both share the full bathroom down the hall. This stunning full-sized unit features a living room with beautiful new leather sofa & chairs. A dining room & a small but fully stocked kitchen. This rental has a 6-person hot tub (on ground level) for luxury soaks while gazing at the beautiful sunsets. **check on availability of hot tub** PLEASE NOTE this is a TOP FLOOR rental with stairs. We do not have an elevator. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PETS AT THIS RENTAL
In the summer we have the Eagles & flowers. We have Cross Country Ski & Hiking Trails across the road... Come fish for the winter king salmon tournament, October through February come taste the delicious tanner crab. The summer, oh the summer!! Fish, fish, fish to your heart's content.
Welcome to the famous Homer Spit, Bishop Beach, come to the Pratt Museum, charter a fishing trip, go see the whales, the bears...we have it all!
