Located only minutes from beautiful historic downtown St. Augustine & less than 10 minutes from the beach, our property is a brand-new contemporary retreat designed for both relaxation & productivity. Our modern abode overlooks a stunning marsh & is a spacious haven that comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends.
Hi, I’m Monica! I’m originally from New York & fell in love with St Augustine after visiting with my husband, Sam. 2 months after visiting in 2022, we packed up our life & moved here (& shortly after, rescued our incredible puppy, Sonny!) We noticed that most of AirBnB was people’s homes that doubled as a rental…With this in mind, we focused on creating beautiful, modern spaces specifically designed with AirBnB in mind!
