This lakefront condo is nestled in the wooded Blue Heron village 3 mins from Big Boulder Mountain & Ski Area. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace with a glass of wine, or engage in the numerous outdoor winter activities nearby (ski, snowmobiling). Indulge in indoor water activities at H2Ooooh! Water Park - 8 mins drive. Walk to the Boulder View Tavern overlooking the beautiful Boulder lake to enjoy live music on weekends. Or dine at Lake Harmony town - 2 mins drive, with many bars and restaurants. Other things to note As this condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, no parties are allowed. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the house. This is for the guest's safety and the host's security. A ring doorbell and a smart lock are installed in the front entrance. Important note: Boulder Lake Club is closed until the next season. No one is allowed on the lake, beach or club property when the lake is closed. Boulder View Tavern is open for business, and you can dine there with your family. It's a great place for a casual get-together, either inside or on their seasonal lakeside patio.
