Pacific Palisades is a very safe High-end famous area. A great deal that's much less than a hotel. A cozy beautiful welcoming home, canyon living close to the beautiful beaches and hiking trails. A 4-minute drive to the ocean, a 6-minute drive to the new famous Palisades Village, a 2-minute drive to Lake Shrine, & walking distance to Cafe Nostra restaurant. Plenty of restaurants along the coast are within a 4 to 7-minute drive with traffic lights. Feel at home! Completely renovated kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms, lit makeup mirror, heated floors, air conditioning in the room, all deluxe top-of-the-line Italian tiles, rain shower, comfy chenille carpet in the bedroom, many pillows to choose from, amazingly comfortable bed, TV in the room and living room. Complementary Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, cable, WiFi, snacks, fruit, bread, eggs, coffee & tea. Very peaceful relaxing, /tranquil area/space. Breezy bright and beautiful bonus shared kitchen you won't get with a hotel! Everything you need to cook with including ingredients. No added fees.

Pacific Palisades is an exclusive high-end famous city between Malibu and Santa Monica. It is close to the beach and canyon living. It is a beautiful, peaceful, uncrowded, quiet Family oriented area. If you love nature, mountains, SAFE neighborhoods, fresh clean air, almost perfect weather, sunny days, greenery, fragrant flowers, and hiking trails that can take you to a 180-degree ocean view. 4 min drive to the beach, a 2-minute drive to the beautiful picturesque Lake Shrine, the Getty Museum, wine tasting, and beach restaurants. Take a 3-minute walk or fast drive, to the hiking trail, surrounded by majestic mountains. Fresh air and five-star restaurants by the sea are only a few minute's drive. 4-minute drive to the GORGEOUS BRAND NEW BUILT VILLAGE built by the famous Rick Caruso. You might catch a glimpse of celebrities that live here and frequently visit. What more can you ask for? Pure vacation living with so many choices.
