Hana Kai Maui was established in 2001. The buildings were built in 1972. Hana Kai Maui, LLC currently operates 17 of the 19 units on the property. Units 102 & 207 are managed separately. Hana Kai Maui is an oceanfront property nestled in the heart of Hana, overlooking Hana Bay. Unit 206, an upper floor lofted studio, situated in the Mauka building, enjoys wide ocean views looking over the smaller Makai building . Our pristine black pebble beach remains untouched. Experience breathtaking sunrises, moonlit nights, and the serene cadence of the tides as they ebb and flow along the shoreline below.
