My wife and I finally fulfilled our dream of owning a condo in Gulf Shores. We stumbled upon Grand Beach Resort Condominiums which is a 5 Story complex with about 72 Units mainly 1 BRs and a few 1 BR with a Loft Bedroom. The first unit we bought was Penthouse 1 which is 1 of 4 units on the fifth floor. The view from this unit is unbelievable as the Gulf State Park Beach is right across the road so you can see down the dune area and beach for about a mile to the east. We like this unit so much we quickly bought another unit (313) on the third floor which is a 1BR unit. We love going and staying in either one and hopefully you will enjoy them as well.
My wife loves the beach and I love to golf so Gulf Shores was the perfect place for us to buy our condos. If you are interested in playing golf let me know and I can give you some recommendations on the many nice courses we have in the are.
Where our building is located is the far east side of Gulf Shores where the Gulf State Park starts. Not only are the views great but there are many biking and walking paths in the State Park in addition to the Pier being an easy walk down the beach from our Condo. Gulf Shores is about a mile walk.
