Why stay with us? Located 2.5 miles from the Gulf and a great area for vacationing, Island Lakes at Coco Bay offers a 30-day minimum stay Villa accommodating six guests. The Villa features 3 bedrooms with flat-screen TVs, 2 baths, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. It includes a master bedroom with a King bed and a master bath, a second bedroom with a Queen bed and the third bedroom with two Twin beds, with a shared bathroom, and a pack and play for infants/toddlers. Amenities include beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, towels, pickleball paddles, and bicycles. This community provides a peaceful area for biking and walking, minutes from the historic Village of Boca Grande, the Intercoastal Waterway, Stump Pass, San Pedro Island, Manasota Key, sandy beaches, boat rentals, parks, restaurants/pubs, shopping, Dearborn Street, and the Charlotte County Recreation Center. Future community amenities include pickleball courts, a heated pool, a playground, and a clubhouse with a weight room that are expected to be completed by July 2025.
