Please note: There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored. Originally a farmhouse built in 1936, this beautiful home has an enormous backyard and plenty of room for activities. The beautiful stone fireplace, wet bar, and game table make the living room a wonderful place to gather and entertain in. The kitchen (complete with kitchen island) provides a seamless transition between cooking and hosting. Need a break from the action? A separate sitting room is at the opposite end of the first floor and even offers a workspace ideal for remote work. Upstairs, you'll find the majority of the bedrooms and the luxurious main bathroom, which features a jetted tub, double sinks, gas fireplace, and a private balcony. There is no shortage of outdoor spots to enjoy where you can grill on the large wrap-around deck or enjoy the front porch swing after a day of adventure on the lake or in the parks! Just sit back, relax, and gaze out to the seasonal mountain tree line. The rural setting of this home is part of its charm as you can relax in quiet seclusion and still be less than two miles from all the action. Within minutes, you can be at the Wisp Ski Resort which offers year-round activities, and Lodestone and Fantasy Valley golf courses. Fantasy Valley was named one of the top 100 courses to play in the mid-Atlantic. Guests don't have to travel far to enjoy delicious local food from restaurants like Mountain State Brewing Co. and Moonshadow. Whether it’s hiking, kayaking, skiing, park exploration, golf, shopping, or any of the many other recreational activities the Deep Creek Lake area offers, you can easily access them and then return to the pastoral environment that surrounds this charming house.
