Benefitting from a corner lot, the home boasts a large yard surrounded by citrus trees and native foliage. The park offers endless family fun with amenities including a baseball field, disc golf, walking trails, and children's play equipment. Pensacola State College, Cordova Mall, and the Pensacola International Airport are both within a two-mile radius. The Seville Historic District is only seven miles away and Pensacola Beach is 14 miles away. NAS Pensacola is less than 13 miles away. The home's multiple sitting and lounge areas include two living rooms (one furnished with a gas fireplace), a parlor, and a front sunroom equipped with a desk for remote working or school study. The impressive full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Meals can be enjoyed at the eat-in nook or around the main dining table.
