Welcome to our home located at South Bay at the Gulf! This luxurious townhome is perfect for families, with high-end furnishings and a professionally designed cozy space. Only a 3-minute walk to the beach and right opposite the lake, this chic townhome is designed to create lasting memories with your loved ones. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need, including a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities for all your favorite shows and movies. Cook up a storm in the chef's kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances, utensils, cookware, glassware, and everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms with plush mattresses and luxe pillows; perfect for a good night's sleep. The first-floor master bedroom boasts a king bed and plush luxury mattress, with an ensuite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms offer twin/full bunk beds and full/full bunk beds, respectively. Plus, the third bedroom comes with a Pacman Arcade game for the whole family to enjoy! After a fun day at the beach, enjoy dinner on the patio with comfortable outdoor seating and a 5-burner gas grill. All guests have access to the property's private beach area, adult and children's community swimming pools, tennis court, and 5-acre stocked lake with ducks, turtles, and birds.
