- Nestled along the national park, you’ll have 360° views of the water & nature - Direct access to the Chalk Sound National Park Inlet where you can swim - Shaded whirlpool spa, outdoor dining table/sitting area with great views of the sea - Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, washer/dryer - Good WiFi, laptop-friendly workspaces, Smart TV with cable & Amazon Prime. The house is not directly on the beach, but it’s situated by a stunning waterfront lagoon. This serene lagoon is ideal for enjoying picnics with your feet in the water and offers a great spot for swimming too. There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee. For stays of 7 nights or more, a midweek cleaning is required for a fee. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. No pets or any other kind of animal is allowed on the property. The owner is severely allergic to animal hair and fur.

This gorgeous property is located on the west side shores of Chalk Sound National Park, where you’ll be about a 5-minute drive from Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach. The location of the property is one of the most tranquil and serene areas, but no worries, you’ll be within a few minutes drive to Providenciales, where you’ll find water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, the Provo Golf Club, dining and shopping. Inside the home, you’ll find a guidebook to help you plan your days in paradise.
