This property has 3 stories, which are accessible by stairs only. Some suites have stairs within the unit. For guests preferring not to climb stairs,there are ground floor units available. Kindly contact the property with any questions.
Please note that construction work is schedule to begin around the middle of February next to the property. As a result, some units will be affected by noise once construction begins.
Also, once construction begins, those same affected units while still offering ocean front views will no longer be panoramic.
Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work.
