Company information

There was a house in which people were shaped and the crafts developed. Greatgrandmother and greatgrandfather, a sesmstress and a tailor, had two sons. Both of them were drafted during the second world war. Only one of them returned, the shoemaker. On the hill, together with a girl who was learning to become a cook, he made home for the whole family with a small orchard, vineyard and fields. They had three daugthers. One of them drew the thread of the family tradition into cloths designing, the other nurtured the coocking and the gardening tradition and the third one transformed her designer's streak into words, decoration and cookery. The children of the daughters – with the help of father and uncle, who brought the skills of building trade from his family - joined and from the roots of the old house on the hill drew the thread to this moment.

The Toti breg house is situated on a sunny slope amidst vineyards around the small village of Svečina and offers unforgettable views of the wine landscape. In front of the house, you will find a generous area for a nice get-together or playing. The house is spacious with an open layout and is ideal for gatherings with family and friends as well as for business meetings. It offers a large living area with an oak table, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper level of the house, there is a large room with several beds, which is also a perfect place for workshops. Large window fronts offer unforgettable views of the valley.

Svečina is a village in the heart of the Slovenian highlands with many special features. Many of them are known all over the world, especially the famous heart among the vineyards. This small village of just 150 inhabitants is home to more than a dozen excellent wineries, offering world-award winning wines and other local delicacies. But not only for gourmets, Svečina is also a great base for outdoor enthusiasts, families and get-togethers with friends.
