Sobe Poldka (Rooms Poldka) are located in the peaceful part of the centre of Dolenjske Toplice, away from the main road and 50 metres from the beautiful park with century-old trees. The park offers a playground for children and numerous green spaces for sitting and relaxing. Only a few metres away is the entrance to the Balnea Hotel, which is connected to the superior Balnea Wellness Centre by a glass-enclosed passageway. We offer our guests a discount on tickets to the Balnea Wellness Centre. Sobe Poldka comprise three separate rooms for two people. One of the rooms has a sofa which can be turned into an extra bed for two people. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a water heater and a hot plate for preparing coffee, tea or breakfast. A useful counter can be turned into a dining table, if necessary. It has to be emphasized that these are not apartments, but rooms where it is possible to prepare breakfast.
Guests can use free WI-FI, and each room has its own LCD TV with the time shift feature. Guests can use a separate reception room to relax, sit or read books. There is also a separate balcony on which guests can enjoy spectacular views. There are two parking spaces in front of the house and a garage for two cars, 50 metres from the house. The closest shop which offers basic necessities is located 20 metres from the house. The house has a long tradition of renting rooms, which was interrupted a few years back due to special circumstances. The rooms have been recently completely renovated. They have high ceilings (3.10 m) and stone walls which give them extra airiness and freshness. The area offers numerous options for recreation, such as cycling, swimming, boat riding on the Krka River, and trekking through the untouched nature. It is possible to arrange a guided short trip. The host is a journalist and a former tourist animator. She does everything in her power to provide all of the necessary information for her guests as well as a feeling of homeliness and warmth.
