Company information

We are a family, Damijan, Petra and our daughter Neza. We take care of the house and its surroundings, rooms and breakfasts and well-being of our guests. In her free time we like to swim, we ski, cycle and are committed to each other and friends.

Property information

Apartments and rooms Matos accepted its first guests in 1980 when the guesthouse was led by our Grandma and Grandpa. The beginnings were difficult, but for us the most important for our guests was their comfort and well-being, in short their satisfaction. Thus, over the years our capacity upgraded and updated in accordance with the needs of a modern guest, adapted to the trends of market demand and we still continue in the same direction.. So you can enjoy with us the privacy of your room, watch television, surf the web, spend nice moments on the terraces or balconies while enjoying the beautiful view of the garden, rich with shrubs and colorful flowers, which we cultivate with special enthusiasm, and the sea in the morning, evening chat on the terrace. Our goal is to make guests feel at home or even better. Confirmation we are working in the right direction is that many guests year after year spend summer holidays with us and thus showing confidence in us and our services, with some we became even real friends.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in a very safe neighborhood, at an excellent location between touristic-oriented Portorož and historic Piran, near the sea. Both towns can be reached on foot within 15 minutes. Nearby we have many great and inexpensive restaurants. Along the coast there are children's playgounds and the like. We are a family friendly accommodation.
