Property information

•Located in lovely alpine village of Čezsoča, offering a great fresh air retreat. Surrounded with mountains peaks giving you a great opportunities for any kind od adventure sports, while staying in the newest boutique accommodation in Bovec valley. •The elegant villas are furnished in the modern minimalistic style. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows makes the rooms bright so you can enjoy an amazing landscape view of the high peaks of Julian Alps. •Each unit is equipped with a terrace with an access to garden. Relax on a deck chair or stretch the hammock and enjoy a good book. •The modern kitchen are properly equipped with all the necessary kitchen supplies. There will be no reason not to make delicious pancakes in the morning. Fridge, induction stove, recycling bin, utensils for washing dishes are featured. •Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a leather. •Each unit is equipped wit Nespresso coffee maker. More over, since we are specialty coffee lovers in each kitchen you will find a V60 coffee maker with paper filters, Timemore glass server and cattle for preparing pour over coffee.

Neighbourhood information

The lovely village Cezsoca is located 2km away from the town of Bovec right next to emerald Soca river. Literally steps away from the resort you will find the Alpe-Adria trail and as well as the famous Juliana hiking trail taking your around Julian Alps. A 20min drive can take you to either to Michelin awarded Hisa Franko restaurant or excellent dining at the Mangrt restaurant.
