The villa was built by my grandparents and it was passed from generation to generation. It is located in a quiet neighborhood Šiška near city center, surrounded with family houses, gardens and quiet streets. Atrium flat has very nice and spacy atrium at the garden side of the villa with coffee table and chairs. It is not really on the ground floor, it's a few steps below. But because of large windows in the living room and kitchen it is very bright. Atrium flat has 45 m². Living room and kitchen are combined. Living room has a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). There is a toilet, bathroom with shower and bedroom with comfortable bed.
My name is Maja, always cheerful and communicative. I'm a mother of two teenage boys who are both enthusiastic swimmers. So, with my husband we spend a lot of our spare time on swimming competitions. We like to travel, we all like sports and we enjoy in our vineyard cottage on the country side where we produce our own wine.
The villa is located in a quiet part of Ljubljana named Šiška, near the city center. Bus station and city bike rental station is 5 min walk away. You can use our urbana card for bus payment. City center is around 20 min walk away through city park Tivoli. In the neighborhood: Grocery store, bakery, Tivoli Park, pub and brewery Union, athletics and football stadium, gym, Center for urban culture Kino Šiška, city hill Rožnik, sports-social centre Mostec and the ZOO.
