Property information

This modern apartment is situated in an old part of the city centre called “Zabjak”, close to the river Ljubljanica only 800 m away from main square in the historical center. It is a spacious duplex on the second floor of a renovated traditional low building without an elevator. On the first storey of the apartment there is a living area with a dining corner with a table for six persons, a sofa which falls down to a bed (160 x 200 cm), two armchairs and a LCD TV. The living area is extended into a kitchen equipped with domestic appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with an oven, microwave and the dishes. In this storey there is also a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another single bed and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and a washing machine. On the mansard on the upper storey there is a further bedroom with two single beds and a working corner. The apartment is outfitted with a free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, CATV, air-condition, telephone, iron along with ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are also provided. If arriving by car, there are only public parking options near by and here are some parking suggestions. One option is to park your car on the street (marked white lines only) short-term 1h-6h maximum stay, payable from Mon-Fri 7am-7pm 0,80 EUR per hour. Closest streets where you could park are Prijateljeva ulica and Hrenova ulica. Another option is also public parking NUK II on Emonska street 550 m away.

Apartment enjoys a central location, 850 m away from the famous Three Bridges, river Ljubljanica, central open air fruit & vegetable market and 2,6 km from the Central Bus and Railway Station. Dining and shopping options nearby are numerous. Supermarket, city bus station (LPP), cafes, bars, bakeries, post office, bank, pharmacy and restaurants are around the corner. Ljubljana Airport is 25 km away and a private shuttle service can be organized at a surcharge. Please note that Saturdays grocery stores and supermarkets are closed in Slovenia.
