Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Bed linen and towels are included for all guests. Here you are close to the sea, nature and Mollösund. Single-storey house with fenced and private garden with large green areas. The house has 4 bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen and living room. The villa is located a couple of hundred meters from the sea, where the Boathouse is also located, NOT included 17/6-18/8. Mollösund city is just under 2km away. Mollösund offers several swimming areas, padel, tennis, mini golf and several restaurants. Description of the accommodation Kitchen & living room There is a dining table with room for 8 people, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove with a convection oven and crockery for up to 12 people. Sofa and TV next to the kitchen. Bedroom The double rooms are equipped with a double bed (180cm) and storage Single room (90cm) with plastic for extra mattress/inflatable (available if desired) Hall, laundry room The hall has good storage for your outerwear, the laundry room has good plastic for hanging and storage. Washing machine and dryer are available Bathroom Bathroom with shower and toilet Garden and patio The 500m2 garden is enclosed with sun most of the day, swings and a large lawn are available The terrace has room for 8 people around the dining table, smaller lounge area for 6 people, barbecue (electric and charcoal) BOATHOUSE ATTENTION! Cleaning is not included in the boathouse! ATTENTION! Not included 17/6-18/8 Sea shed 20 m2 with fridge and place to sunbathe, swim, have a drink.. Parking Up to 6 cars, free parking Miscellaneous Non-smoking, dog by arrangement (surcharge SEK 1500/occasion) Distance The boathouse and the sea are about 200m from the house Mollösund city approx. 2km, walk 15 min, car 5 min MAIN BUILDING (THE HOUSE) Final cleaning, bed sheets and towels are included for up to 7 guests.
