Company information

The mountain resort Idre Himmelfjäll was inaugurated at Christmas 2019 with its first 8 lifts and 18 slopes. In 2025, Idre Himmelfjäll offers approx. 250 newly built, modern cabins/apartments with 3,500 beds, have 10 lifts, 24 slopes and a cross-country trail 17 km. The Reception has a well-sorted minimarket. The Restaurant Renen & Älgen serves lunch and à la carte, some evenings a buffet is offered. If you'd rather eat in your cabin, it's perfectly fine to order Takeaway. In winter there is also a sports shop with ski rental, ski school, dog sled and a scooter rental. Please note varied opening hours occur! You can always find current opening times on Idre Himmelfjäll's website. ​
