Brand new 30m2 guesthouse with all the things needed for up to three guests to have a comfortable stay! Full kitchen (Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Compact stove, Micro and combined washer/dryer) * Bedroom with Seaview and big glass doors (Queen bed) wardrobe for storage * Livingroom/kitchen with Sofa bed TV, Wifi etc. * Bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Uniquely located on the shore of the Baltic sea with access to the beach 50 meters away. Public transportation 500m Parking lot included.
Hi! We have a brand new guesthouse at our property that you can rent! In the family here is me and my wife Helene that will support your stay. As we live in the main house on the property we might be at home from time to time.
Southside 50 meters away from the Baltic sea, beautiful area with peaceful nature and plenty of nature areas just around the corner, nice for walking, biking etc. Two golf high class courses within 5 minutes drive away. Two restaurants in 5 minutes walk from the house. A small beach just down by the sea 50 meters from the house. Walking, Biking or with car. Separate parking place behind the house.
