Enjoy your vacation in a brand new and stylish mountain home with breathtaking views. Feel free to bring the whole crew (sleeps up to 12), as the house has 180m2 of living space. Main living and dining room, along with the kitchen, are organized as one large open space, with seating for up to 13 people. The entire crew can hang out in this place comfortably without getting in each other’s way. Ceiling in this space is 6 meters high, and the glass portal (facade) offers spectacular views. 2 car detached garage is available to guests free of charge, with additional 2-3 parking spots (depending on the vehicle sizes), in front of the garage. Note #1 It is important to note that there is an 80 step staircase that needs to be climbed in order to reach the house from the garage. Therefore, it is not suitable for elderly people with disabilities and/or anyone having difficulties walking. Note #2 Entrance to Bedroom #5 is through Bedroom #1, via attic staircase, as seen in the photos. This staircase is not suitable for very young children (toddlers) and elderly people.
Property caretaker is available to offer help when needed.
Village Treska offers nice walking trails ranging from easy to expert fitness level. Closest ski lift and grocery store are located approximately 1km from the house. Kopaonik center is 4km away.
