Chalet 1600 extends over 350 m² and has 3 floors, contains 6 separate apartments, each with a private bathroom, 3 separate terraces, a central kitchen with a dining room, a spa area with an infrared sauna and an outdoor hot tub. The whole house is at your disposal, but the number of bedrooms available depends on the number of guests. For example, if 6 people are registered, 3 bedrooms is available; the other 3 bedrooms will not be accessible. If you want all 6 bedrooms, and only 6 guests are registered, you pay for the house as if there were 10 people. You will always have the entire house to yourselves, with the discreet presence of the host/caretaker in a separate area. Private and free parking is located in front of the house. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the house. The heating is underfloor, and two apartments have wood-burning fireplaces. The nearest ski lift, Treska, is only 1 km away and is part of the complete cable car system.
Nestled in untouched nature next to the mountain peak Treska 1622m, Chalet 1600 offers a spectacular view towards the Pancic peak, and from the west side a breathtaking view towards the Raska region. In addition to the unique view, Chalet 1600 offers a peaceful, natural environment of pines and firs, a vacation, with extremely low traffic frequency because it is located at the end of a local road, only 3 houses are located in a radius of 300 meters. It is difficult to say whether the experience is better in winter, when the whole area is covered with untouched snow and the whole area seems like the most beautiful Alpine landscape, in early spring when nature wakes up and blooms, in summer when the maximum temperature is 27 degrees and the nights are extremely pleasant for sleeping, or in autumn when we have an incredible explosion of colors on the tree tops.
