Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There are televisions in all rooms, including the kitchen. There is personal TV with 160 channels. Everything is also video on demand. In the living room there is a large desk with a monitor, keyboard and printer. A computer can be provided on request. Cozy winter bedding is provided. The heaters (air conditioning) make the house nice and warm in winter and nice and cool in summer. There is a grill in the courtyard. There is also a washing machine and a heat pump dryer. The house is monitored by a video system on the outside. Inside we respect your privacy. The house is surrounded by a fence and a wall, which is also secured with an electric fence. Please note that this holiday home is also suitable for pets. It cannot be ruled out that, despite the cleaning company, not all animal hair has been removed. It is still very clean, tidy and modern. Agreement: When a reservation is made, the entire travel price is due in advance. This payment is deemed to have been made when it has been received in our account or in our PayPal account. You will of course receive a notification of receipt and you will receive bank details immediately after booking confirmation. We reserve the right to make the house "available" again if payment is not received within 48 hours. For "last minute" bookings, a traceable confirmation of payment to our account is absolutely necessary. We also accept transfers to a European account, a local account or an account in the USA. All additional costs are included, negotiable for long-term rentals.
We are both over 50 and couldn't decide on the Ypacarai or the Parana, specifically Encarnacion. So, both. Now we rent out our house at Mboi Kae when we are not using it ourselves.
The nearest beach with beautiful Costanera is 200 meters away. Depensas and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Ruta 1 and supermarket about 500 meters. Encarnacion town center 4 km. No long distances necessary. Bolt and Co are inexpensive alternatives to your own car.
