Owners were delightful. Fed us, watered us and took us into town when we needed to. We were really lucky to meet two Palestinians of the land who welcomed us in so warmly and generously.

Come be our guest on your visit to Bethlehem. We have room to offer and a delicious Palestinian breakfast, 5min from Nativity Church. We love sharing our space, culture, traditional Arab hospitality & our wonderful home cooking. Our home is a wonderful place to experience Palestinian hospitality in a green suburb of Bethlehem, only a five minute drive to the Nativity Church. Only one street divides between Bethlehem and Beit Sahour and we live in an old stone-house neighbourhood of Beit Sahour, where according to the New Testament, the shepherds came from before they visited Baby Jesus. From the bedrooms you can see green hills and stone home and enjoy the clean air of this wonderful place. Details about the room: this room has 2 beds, closet, desk. Entry to the house is through a foyer in its center. To the left is a sitting room and beyond that a large room, to the right is our kitchen and bedroom. From the foyer are stairs going up to the second level where there are three bedrooms a coffee/tea corner and the magical roof patio. This room is provided with sheets, quilts, blankets, towels. Everyone can use the sitting room and enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
I enjoy so much meeting and welcoming guest from all over the world and enjoy hearing about their culture, travels and plans. I love helping my guests get the most out of my city and out of their trip. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. My husband and I live in the house and are happy to offer you whatever you need to make your stay wonderful. Would you like to eat a traditional homemade Palestinian dish for dinner? A ride to the Nativity Church or the checkpoint to Jerusalem? To hear stories about life here? We are always happy to answer questions and offer suggestions for touring and dining options. Paypal infront Payment is required to 100% confirm booking, so please contact me for the Paypal details after reserving the room.
What's wonderful about our home is that it's so close to the Bethlehem and to the checkpoint to Jerusalem (just minutes away), but it has the quiet and the beauty of not being right in the midst of city traffic. There's also a nearby grocery store, a bakery and really anything you need. A five-minute walk to the Suq As-Shab (central market) there are buses or 'servees' to Bethlehem. We can also offer you transportation. But many of our visitors like to walk it. It's really beautiful here.
