After confirmation, Outsite will reach out through email with a secure link to download Outsite app and fill the check-in information. Local regulations require all the guests to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Guests will receive check-in details three days prior to arrival as long as they have downloaded Outsite App and completed the online check-in. For assistance, please contact our guest experience team. You can use the Special Requests box when booking.

Daily housekeeping is not provided. For stays of 30 nights or more, one complimentary room cleaning per week is available upon request. Additional cleanings can be arranged at any time for an additional fee.

Damage Policy

The property reserves the right to charge up to USD 250 for any damages caused during the stay, using the credit card provided at the time of booking. No security deposit is charged in advance.

Bath amenities, toilet paper, kitchen rolls and cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper and coffee are provided at no additional cost.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If our team detects any evidence of smoking—such as the smell of smoke, ashes, or cigarette butts—we reserve the right to charge a minimum $200 smoking fee.

Lost keys or key cards will be subject to additional fees.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
