Recently restored 1940's Spanish revival building in the heart of the Ocean Park district, 2 minutes walk from the beach. The building contains 5 independent apartments with private entrances. Each apartment has been carefully restored and renovated to provide guests with a great local experience of Puerto Rico.

Neighbourhood information

Ocean Park is a beach community between Condado and Isla Verde. It is a vibrant up and comming neighborhood with shops, restaurants and social venues. Across the street from the famous Kasalta bakery, wake up and grab your breakfast and take the short two-minute stroll to San Juan's best Beach. One minute walk away from 24/7 Walgreens pharmacy and one minute walk to a coin laundry. The local post office is a four minute walk. The beach is a two minute walk away, and there are many restaurant in the area. Our building is located on the main street and Condado is just a 12 minute walk down the road. Restaurants within a 7 minute walk in the area include: Kasalta Bakery, B de Burro, PK2, La cuevita del Mar, La Chola, Ocean Park Cafe, Molinis, D' Luigis, Nonna, Pura Vida Bistro, Tres B, Si no corro me pizza and Fleria Greek Cafe. Fast foods within a 7 minute walk of the area are: Mcdonald's, KFC, Dominos Pizza, Wendy's, Churches Chicken, and Burger King.
