Close to the center of Suwałki, a Stylish Apartment with a loggia in a quiet and green area but very good access to city center. Near the Czarna Hańcza river, offers: LCD TV, high-speed wireless internet, room with a desk to work with a computer, a bedroom with a large double bed, a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cafeteria and all needed dishes. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine. An underground garage, an outdoor gym, a playground for children, and a park are monitored by the housing estate. We do Invoices for request.
I’m sending instructions how pick up the keys and remote from garage on arrival day. Please contact us in advance and indicate your arrival time via booking portal.
Walking distances: SUWER station - a modern city bike system in Suwałki - 5 min Lewiatan Store - 2 minutes Suwałki Center - 16 min Bus stop - 3 min Czarna Hańcza River - 14 min Off Road Track - 5 min City beach on the Arkadia Lagoon - 15 minutes Restaurant "Laguna" on the Arkadia Lagoon - 15 minutes Walking and bicycle paths - around the Green Housing Estate Suwałki Boulevards on the Czarna Hańcza river - 20 min Lake Wigry - 20 minutes by car You can move around the area walking, by SUWER - a modern city bike system in Suwałki, by public transport or car if you have one - comfortable parked in underground car park directly in same building.
