Experience stylish living in this 1-bedroom apartment at Park McKinley West Tower B in Taguig's Megaworld township, near Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Bedroom: Enjoy a full-sized mattress on a bed frame with built-in drawers. A built-in desk serves as your workspace. Note: the computer setup in the photos is not included; please bring your own equipment. Living Area: Relax with a 40" Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Channel, iWant, and HBO Go. The sofa bed accommodates three and converts into a bed for extra guests. A space-saving dining table seats up to four. Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen includes: - Refrigerator with freezer - Induction cooktop and rangehood - Hot and cold water dispenser - Air fryer and microwave - Hot water kettle - Complete set of plates, glasses, mugs, and wine glasses - Utensils and basic cooking essentials Bathroom: Enjoy hot showers with a multi-point heater. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel are provided; you may want to bring extra supplies for longer stays.

Opposite Tower B is One Le Grand Tower, with Telus, FactSet, Megaworld and other commercial buildings nearby. Tower A is adjacent to Tower B, while Towers C and D are under construction but only operate during business hours to minimize noise. The area offers fast food, cafes, and cozy restaurants like McDonald’s, KFC, and HangOut Market, which features diverse food stalls and is open Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4PM. Lawton Avenue is a 5-minute walk to Venice Grand Canal Mall, or head to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) for more dining and shopping, just a 10-15 minute walk.
