Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 21:00. Late check-in is available until midnight/24:00. Please let the property know your expected time of arrival, in advance, using the special request box when booking or using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

All bookings with a value over $500 will be pre charged, they are still fully refundable if canceled outside of the standard free cancelation policy window.
We also have available towels available $10 deposit + $2 cleaning fee.
A damage deposit of NZD 380 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
